Terms of Service

NovaxEducation lets you upload or import PDF documents and interact with their contents using AI-generated responses. Features and limits may change over time as we improve the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of the documents and content you upload or import (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or to abuse, overload, or harm the Service or other users.

Responses are generated by automated AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You should independently verify important information and not rely on the Service for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Paid plans are billed through our mobile money payment provider, Monime. Pro access is granted for the period you pay for and does not auto-renew — you make a new payment to extend it. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

The Service integrates third-party providers (including Google, Clerk, Monime, and others). Your use of those integrations may be subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by NovaxEducation and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other intellectual property.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaxEducation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sierra Leone, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
